Amazing experience with this agency!

From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly polite, supportive, empathetic, and thoroughly professional. They were always just a phone call away whenever I needed help or had questions, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Over time, we developed a great relationship, and it genuinely felt like more than just a tenant-agency connection. When the time came for me to move out due to the arrival of a new member in our family, it was a very emotional moment. It felt like I was leaving behind part of my own extended family. It’s rare these days to find people who care so much and treat you with such kindness and respect. Great service, friendly staff
by Carol B ()We have rented a property through Talbots for the last three years and had excellent service. The team (Hayley, Shelly, Simon) are very friendly and super-responsive. Each time we reported something, no matter how small, they had someone there to fix it promptly. We are landlords ourselves and wish that our home fell into Talbots area, as they are so much better than any other agent we have used for our own property. I thoroughly recommend them!

Professional Knowledgable Agents

They are professional and knowledgeable about the current market and trends. My husband and I used them for sales and lettings I would highly recommend them for the future.
